Sony Update Engine Error 10

I have an Xperia T2 Ultra Dual with original Android ver 4.3 OS. Attempting to update using Sony PC Companion, but repeatedly getting error "Unable to communicate with Sony Update Engine (Error 10)" during the step "Preparing Computer for Software Update".

Please Help me in this Case Any how.... i am very disappointed with this service...

Welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

I can advise that the update servers were under maintenance between these hours,  09:00 – 11:00 CEST

This may be why you had this error message.

I decided to make the leap from Apple to Android. HUGE mistake! Keep getting the same error...very disappointed...

Which phone are you using and what is the time you try to access the update service? Was it a new or an old phone that you shifted to?
