Sony tipo audio echo during a call is it software defect or hardware issue ?

is there any one who got this problem solved.

if yes please let us know the solution.

I bought Sony Cperia Tippo Single sim set three days back.

From first day I'm facing same issue. When some one talks to us, they are hearing their own sound echoed.

This is basic requirment of a phone. To TALK.

I want this phone replaced.

If such a common issue is there, can't understand why SONY is selling this phone to customers.

Please give a reply to us.

What should be done to replace the phone?

I have bought this phone from SPICE MOBILES, BANGALORE.

I got DOA from Sony service center. I went to the shop and took replacement phone.

This replacement phone is also having the same problem.

This is not a rare issue. I have faced the same issue with two Xperia tippo phones I choosed.

Sony should call of this phone from market, as its failing to keep the basic requirment of a phone.

Sony authorities are accountable for giving us an answer on this issue.
