Sony tech phone support horrable phone service rude

i have two sony phones a z2 and a z3v   the z2 was  reluctatatly repaired " camera not working and the sd door gasket broken,,, it was finally retured to me and i just started to use it and noticed the door and the screen have not been fixed,, i called ant the service rep said what do you want me to do about it?  i said please fix it,,,  i sent to texas and they sent it back to me with a letter saying noting wrong with it?  with doors missing ???  i called again and after a 45 min conversation i was told a supervisor would get back to me Nope No one did ,,, i called again and was told that i should have noticed two weeks ago the door was broken,, i find the sony phone tech support to be rude and can use polite english,, they seem to be lost and i honestly think this will be my last sony product im sorry sony but your tech support and Repair center in texas have got to go.. i was stunned how bad you support your customer i was a customer for life but now im tossing the like new sony z2 in the trash .. im very sad that you have come this low.. get a samsung or a iphone ,, the pain of sony support is just not worth it feel free to email me sony here are you messages

did i mention they told me the screen was damaged ,, they sent me a picture of the screen protector ,, i told them to take off the screen protector ,,, ohhhh yea we see now,, the screen is fine,, omg who is evaluating the phones??????
