Sony support

Does anyone else have any issues with Sony support? I have a ticket that is over a week old. Someone called me after I sent a second email and all she wanted was my phone information. I was told by her that her supervisor will call. I am still waiting for that call.

Sony support are useless, uncaring and aloof would be an understatment. appaulling.

Does anyone know if there is a way thaty I can trade in this phone for something else without costing me more money. I am tired of Sony's empty promises and problems with this phone. I feel like I bought a Hewlett Packard.

Hi, only thing you could do is sell it...cut your losses & buy another one from a different manufacturer.......

Yeah, but he can't do much for us. All I got from him is that he is escalating the issue. Meaning that they threw your request in the air.

@MrMag12 - How recently have you spoken to them? They should be able to provide you a code specific to your country, however please be aware that if the country is running this promotion if not then they will not be able to assist.

What are your thoughts about this forum? Let us know by doing this short vsurvey.

I have spoke to them on a weekly basis for the last couple of months. I have also spoken to you about it. Every time I call they tell me that they will get back to me in the next 24 to 48 hours. They have never called me back. I give them a week and call them back. The cycle continues. PS l live in Canada..
