Sony support

Does anyone else have any issues with Sony support? I have a ticket that is over a week old. Someone called me after I sent a second email and all she wanted was my phone information. I was told by her that her supervisor will call. I am still waiting for that call.

Hi,

The Sony support is one of the weakest ever met. Arrogant and incompetent.

Besides being stupid, the answers, come after days and after your follow up !
