Sony seem to have dis-interested support, with no passion for their product, and very little product knowledge.
Which is a shame.
Sony support in poor, but I don't see this forum is any better.
No one, i repeat, no one respond to your question. I doubt Sony staff ever sees it.

Is there a way we can make proper bug submission?

I can't believe a company like Sony would have such bad customer service...still waiting for them to call me back within 24 to 48 hours. Yeah right!
I've almost given up, which is probably what they want customers to do anyway.
SONY!! Who cares if you refresh your new flagship phones every 6 months....word of month is spreading and no one will buy your crappy phones anymore knowing they will never get support.
I've taken my case to different social media outlets and no response from Sony. This only tells me they know the problem and just don's care.

Hi, i agree with your comment regarding Sony Support.....certain support centres are worse than others, seems to depend on the country where you live.
However you have to remember that this Forum contains around 90% of people who have purchased mobiles & are on this forum to offer their assistance to others who have problems....with knowledge they have gained from using the Xperia mobiles & Android.......if nobody has responded to your question then its because they dont know the answer & hopefully someone else will come along who will.....if you want to submit any 'bug' problems it would be best to submit them direct to Sony
