Sony support

Does anyone else have any issues with Sony support? I have a ticket that is over a week old. Someone called me after I sent a second email and all she wanted was my phone information. I was told by her that her supervisor will call. I am still waiting for that call.

It was purchased at the local Source store. They are the local Bell dealer.

Sony seem to have dis-interested support, with no passion for their product, and very little product knowledge.

Which is a shame.

I agree. The reason I went with this Sony phone was because of the name. I used to love Sony products. I have an XBR TV which is top of the line, I use their home theatre system, and I purchased 2 of their high end cameras. I always recommended Sony products. I don't think they realize what impact this phone is having on the whole product line. Next time I need to purchase some electronics I don't think it's going to be Sony.
Usually you get what you pay for but this phone isn't cheap. I expected a lot more from Sony.

Sony support in poor, but I don't see this forum is any better.

No one, i repeat, no one respond to your question. I doubt Sony staff ever sees it.

Still waiting reply in topic, meanwhile waiting email from sony support.

Is there a way we can make proper bug submission?

There is Sony personnel here. They are just unable to take care of our problems themselves. The support people also need support from Sony.

I can't believe a company like Sony would have such bad customer service...still waiting for them to call me back within 24 to 48 hours. Yeah right!

I've almost given up, which is probably what they want customers to do anyway.

SONY!! Who cares if you refresh your new flagship phones every 6 months....word of month is spreading and no one will buy your crappy phones anymore knowing they will never get support.

I've taken my case to different social media outlets and no response from Sony. This only tells me they know the problem and just don's care.

I think you might be right. The only way to get them to pay attention to us is to hurt them in the pocketbook. They already have our money so why should they care about us. When sales start to drop they might start to pay attention to us.

Hi, i agree with your comment regarding Sony Support.....certain support centres are worse than others, seems to depend on the country where you live.

However you have to remember that this Forum contains around 90% of people who have purchased mobiles & are on this forum to offer their assistance to others who have problems....with knowledge they have gained from using the Xperia mobiles & Android.......if nobody has responded to your question then its because they dont know the answer & hopefully someone else will come along who will.....if you want to submit any 'bug' problems it would be best to submit them direct to Sony

It is now September and I am still waiting. It's been over 3 months now. They should be ashamed and embarrassed. Unbelievable
