I dont know why this forum is provided to us...bcoz if u give any serious query and complain, which is against the company....this people simple delete that topic from forum...that what happened to me last time..

i never received any help from sony people instead .all my query has been deleted...

plz...sony if u cant bear the truth...then dont pretend also

The main purpose of this forum is for our users to have a place to share experiences and help each other. We of course try to help as much as we can and also forward constructive feedback and suspected issues further into the company.

If your question is not already being discussed in existing thread please feel free to elaborate and also change the topic so it's according to your question. Topics containing only phone model doesn't really draw any attention from other users to come and participate in the discussion.
