I sent my Z3 back to Sony a couple of weeks ago because its proximity sensor didn't seem to work, vibration didn't work and the physical camera button did nothing. Today Sony sent it back with a short message saying "Fault resolved" and some "Passed" markers on other tests. Hurray.. well not exactly.
You see the first thing I did was to turn the device on and try the camera button, but it didn't work. So I ran the diagnostics and vibration didn't work either, neither did the proximity sensor! Seriously Sony? What was the point of all that!
Not sure what to do now, if I send it back again then what's to say they won't listen to my complaint and repeat the same cycle of not fixing the problem and yet saying it is fixed?
Hi MarkUK,

Still not had a reply though..
