Sony music crashes

Everytime I open sony music jive, it crashes and gives me the option to share the crash report. I tried uninstalling the updates but in vain. Reinstalled the updates but it made no difference, it still crashes as soon as I open it. Although, it works in the background as I get the notifications from the app.

Sorry to hear that you have issues with the app.

I'm afraid i'm not familiar with this app and service as it's specific for your country/market. Try to uninstall the app and then install it again and see if that helps but if the issue should remain i recommend that you contact you local support team which can assist you with this app and service.

I can't uninstall the app (system application)but I uninstalled the updates but couldn't proceed through the "sign in". I further "disabled" the app, "enabled" it again, reinstalled the updates but it crashes if I sign in. I'm able to use the app if I choose "skip sign in". So that's my temporary solution.
