Sony Jive not working

Hi,

Is the latest update of Sony Jive is not supporting Xperia L C2014. I downloaded the latest updates of Jive, after few minutes my phone reboots itself. Agian when I tried after restarting the phone, after a minute it starts the rebooting process. I have to disable the app from the settings. 

Is there anyway of getting the Jive to work properly on my phone. Am I the only one facing this problem or everyone is facing the same problem?

Hi,

Have you tried to uninstall the updates and then install them again to see if this can help? Otherwise, I suggest that you contact your Local support for further assistance in this matter since Sony Jive is country/region based.

Hello. Tried doing the same uninstalling & reinstalling process about 10-12 times, yet the problem persists.

Earlier update was running just fine, will it be okay to ask Sony Music JIVE to launch launch another upgrade? That might just FIX the bug with older devices.
