Where can i get my XPERIA Z IMEI if i can't not switch on my phone?

Open the SIM cover/flap there should be a plastic there, pull it, be careful

Xperia Z or Z1? You should be able to take out a little strap on Z1 from here:

You could always refer to the Box or the Invoice as well, these are other locations the IMEI is located.
