If anyone has a particular brand fone that has a support forum without gripes and complaints,can they please let me know,
because since I've started using a smartfone,
I've always joined the relevant manufacturer forum,
and they all seem to be the same.
Having worked in quality control, there is an acceptable return rate based on units sold.
Although it seems like every second fone has faults, when judged against units manuf/sold it still falls in the acceptable rate.
I'd hate to see Samsungs' return rate or forum.
But I know,it doesn't help anyone with a problem.
Where I live, the responsible party is the place that sells it, like a network carrier,
if I need consumer affairs to assist, it will be against the carrier not the manufacturer
