- On Kijiji, $15.00 (w/Manuals & MicroSD)
Status
- Unresponsive Touchsceen (Known)
- Insert SIM Card (Can't skip, w/Rogers)
- June 6/2013; Had it for 2 days
Known Problems
- Touchscreen doesn't respond or clicks on corner without touching (Black/White outs need new hardware)
- Customer Service Representives (Not Techs, but Spokesperson) are unreliable
- Repair Tech can't get parts to repair phone

...I'm no Program Writer...just a User of Computer...can't script...prefer to give ideas not complain...as for the Insert SIM Card (3 ways; Get One, Simulate It or Boot-Skip Check)...I only can do one...Programmers can do 3

You bought a Vivaz Pro a few days ago and the SIM and touchscreen doesn't work?
Regarding the lack of spare parts it's most likely due to this phone being over 3 years old and the service center can't keep spare parts for all phones for all eternity.
What are your thoughts about this forum? Let us know by doing this short survey.
I'm talking about an idea for software to work with a hardware problem
If I can use my arrow keys as a mouse for my cellphone like my Laptop with Windows MouseKeys then the problem can dealt with...(My D800 laptop doesn't have touchscreen capability or a working touchpad mouse)
I've read other threads and it seems everytime they fix it it breaks (burnsout) after a few months...that problem sounds like a Design Flaw or something connected to the touchscreen that is very hard to repair/modify so why bother get another touchscreen
