I have my sony ericsson satio u1. The issue here is during software updating, my phone turns off then I opened it nothing happens. Now I keep on charging it but nothing happens. i charged it for about 12 hours. it keeps on blinking but I can't open it anymore. Now as I am updating it again the software keeps on saying software update failed. What should I do?

Unfortunately there isn't much you can do by yourself to solve this issue. I would advice you to contact your local Xperia Support and ask them to help you send this phone to a service location. You find contact information here:
