First thing i would advice you to do is de-activate any firewalls you currently have running on your PC. It seems like something is blocking PC Companion from accessing the server to download the components needed to update your phone.
If it still doesn't work after you tried this, please try reinstalling PC C while having no firewalls, anti spy/virus software running.
