hello,i am having a big problem and i cant upgrade/update my phone using either sony pc companion,or the uprade service,on pc companion it sais phone/tablet software update information currently not accessible, and on update service there is no satio to select,pls help me

What is your current firmware version as you may already have the latest firmware installed

thank you for reply,it says software version date 29.november.2009. on the device info it says s60 5th edition,but i know i dont have an update for example video camere to be wvga,only vga

thank you for reply,when i open update service,and where there is a list from which i choose my mobile model,there is no satio listed,so i cant continue..

Run sus in compatibility mode with windows 7.

thank you,i see him now listed,but it says i already got latest software,but i think i dont,because i cant shoot video in wvga i reinstaled software and its the same... thank you all for replying me and pls help me to upgrade my camera
