I am at my wits end.
I posted a couple of dsays ago about none of my applications working and opening up and received a reply to restore my phone to factory settings.
Today i backed up my fles using Sony Companion with the intention of then restoring them once i had erased my phone. I then go to find they are nowhere to be found and they had infact not saved onto my system my phone will STILL not open any applications, niether the WIFI or the Mobile Data will connect and i am basically left without anything.
Help me please! Sony can i get a new phone?
