Internal memory not getting recognized

hey guys recently i have been having problems lately when i connect my phone with laptop. My sd card is getting recognized but the internal memory is not! I need to transfer the pics from internal memory to my laptop. Any suggestions?! Is there a way to transfer pics?

See in xperia connectivity if usb connection mode is set to MTP.

it doesnt work! its not even charging when i have connected the phone. i think there is some prob with the driver but i am not sure. where do i get the drivers for xperia sp?

yeah i am having PCC, but even thats not recognising my phone. I tried with different usb ports, with different cables, in different laptops.. it was working fine two days back.
