Some battery problems?

Ive experienced this since like the last two months and its really bugging me right now. First, my battery drained so **bleep** fast like it decreased by 4% in less than three minutes and it could only last maybe 1 hour(fully charged), there's nothing wrong with the charging. And then, in the next few weeks, the charging problem comes. Firstly i charged it overnight and it only reach eighty-ish% and im like, 'okay'. And then, day by day it gets weirder, one time i changed it overnight, it only reach 40% and i started to think something must be wrong. And yesterday, i left it charged overnight like from 50% and in the morning when i checked it, it drained to 3% but it said 'charging' (ive enabled the low battery mode) and again, i realize that even when i charge the phone and i turn it on, the percentage of the battery will decrease. And lastly it needs around 15-20 minutes for 1% battery and if i leave it overnight and check it in the morning, its not 100% and it's so **bleep** weird because 8 hours is a long long time. Please help? I cant stand it anymore. Thanks.

Ps. If i open the camera app it says "camera not found"

Okay so today my phone fell off and this is not the first time (clumsy though) and usually it have no affects. But earlier when i want to check it, it was turned off and I thought that’s okay. And then I tried to turn it back on but it stays on the “SONY” picture in the beginning as if it not responding, so I tried like 10 times until it turned on. After that, I touch the screen and it doesn’t respond (until now) so, what can I do? Help me please, thank you:)

Sorry to say this, but this seems to be a hardware issue, contact your local Sony Xperia Care center

Thanks, i'll do it! Also, there's some problems going on with the battery life, and camera. Both were working properly before that incident but now everything's messed up (the battery drained too fast and when i tried to use the camera it says "unfortunately camera has stopped" or "camera not available") are those categorized as a hardware problems? Thanks (again)
