software update to 4.3

when I will get  4.3 updatefor my experia V in India? i bought  phone through ebay.

Just like any other update you have 2 options

1) wait, and as you can read on the software website no one can answer nor give you an specific date

or 

2) manually update your phone

How to update manually? I have tried using PC companion. But it not worked.

Little upset with ths thing.
