Software Update - Phone Problems!!

Hi All

I recently updated my xperia z2 to the latest firmware (i think 5.1.1).

Ever since that the phone has been extremely hot, battery life is poor and the screen no longer responds to touch.

I've done all the usual suggestions but nothing seems to work.

Anyone else experienced this? Any other suggestions?

I don't experience the same. Have you also tried the software repair?

Yeah I've tried everything I can think of, looked around and don't see anyone else reporting this issue

1. Duplicate accounts are not allowed,the other has been disabled.

2. You should contact your Local support.

My bad, for some reason it wouldn't let me use my other details so had to create an additional account.
