I used Pc Companion to update software on my Xperia S but to no avail

- i tried the update application on the phone but it keeps telling me that software is the latest no update required

- i went in to PC companion and it said software update avaialble so i tried updating through PC companion but after some time threw me out stating cannot update the phone

Please let me know what should i do to update the software on the phone

if the software is not available in your country/region there's nothing to do but to wait

Official Xperia S ICS updates won't begin releasing until the end of this month at the earliest, and the rollout process will continue for a few weeks.

Hola disculpen la interrupcion pero soy nuevo en el foro y no sabia como crear un nuevo tema.

Mi problema es que poseo un Xperia arc LT15i y viendo las paginas vi que la actualizacion para android 4.0 estaba disponible, asi que segui los pasos pero no me salio nada

(no cambio en nada) mas ahora me dice que tengo el ultimo software que deberia ser el ice cream 4.0 pero sale que aun tengo el 2.3.4 no entiendo porque no cambio.

Si me podrian explicar se los agradeceria soy de Peru, o es que aun en mi pais no esta disponible.
