Software Update Marsmallow and mic problem

After I update my device xperia m4 aqua . marsmalow after my device when I make a call using a third party application ( LINE ) when I press the loud speaker , the phone suddenly died with the warning " there is a problem with my mic " at the time of android version of lollipops all goes well.

Anyone have the same problem with me ?

Since that's a third party app, it'll be up to the app developer to address this issue.

Welcome to the community.

Make sure that all your apps are up to date after the update as there may be significant changes between versions. You can also try resetting the app by going to Settings > Apps > Line > Force Stop > Storage > Clear Data.

But if this does not help, as @uliwooly said, this is a third party application so you will have to contact the developers.

If the mic works when not in loudspeaker chances are that Line is not ready to be used with MM, but we can just speculate. As Uliwooly stated, you have to contact Line devs to seek for support.

My personal best bet is that when the app try to trigger the loudspeaker using the MM API to transfer audio from earpiece to loudspeaker it try to activate again the microphone that is already active and that crash the app.
