helo all,

wud like to highlight that there is a new error showing up when the pc suite picks up a new update for Neo V update.

it says NEW PHONE SOFTWARE AVAILABLE - 4.1.B.0.431.

When you click update, it says unable to INSTALL OR START PHONE SW UPDATE COMPONENTS

can any one advice me what the real problem is here
