Software update Error

I have tried several times to update my phone. But i got this error "Unable to install or start phone sofware update component" How can i overcome this situ??

also turn off your anti-virus and/or firewall (create an exclusion)

This error is most likely caused by a firewall blocking the install of necesary components or restrictions to the user on the computer. Check your firewall and that you have admin rights.

How do i unlock the boot loader????

if you do you WILL void your warranty, and you might destroy your phone.

I would turn off the firewall and antivirus on your computer

I have checked with no firewall etc. but didnt work

How about user account restrictions? Is it a corporate computer?

I'm pretty sure that something is blocking PC Companion from downloading and installing these components.

restart your computer on safe mode (restart -> press F8 -> safe mode) then run SEUS

Still you are facing problem try with different PC or Lap.
