When I charge my Sony experia sp to 100% and go to power management it says 17 hours until it needs charged isn't it supposed to be 4 day's battery?

4 days is kind of much,but you can go to settings-apps-all-eco mode control and clear data and force stop the app.Restart the phone.

But won't I lose all my photos and music if I restart or clear the data?

That is only for the battery standby time,nothing is lost.Go to settings-apps-all-eco mode and clear data,force stop and restart the phone.

Just ignore the estimated standby. It means nothing at all and is very inaccurate
