Snapchat crashing phone

HI,

Just got my Xperia X, transferred all aps ETC. between phones with google account and gave the phone the latest software update.

Everything is in working order... bar Snapchat. Whenever I launch the app it makes my phone reboot. I have uninstalled and re-installed the app, and restarted my phone. Can't make anything work.

Has anyone else had this problem and/or does anyone know a solution to make the app work?

Do you get an error at all? does your phone reboot when you use other apps that require data? how old is the SIM card? are you downloading the app from the playstore?

The phone doesn't give an error message, screen crashes and then reboots, no other apps cause the phone to crash. SIM card and phone are brand new today with latest software installed. And yes I am downloading from the play store.

Could you test the phone and app w/o the SIM card and just with WiFi?

No still crashes without a sim card

How odd, I'm not sure if you are willing to repair the phone with XC

I think that will be what I try now. If that doesn't work back to the shop I go

Ive done a phone repair with Xperia Centre and that still has not solved the problem. really annoyed at this now
