sms count reaching 15k + issue

Hello..i recently bought xperia p few months back.it worked fine and respomse.was good too.. I am.use.to of keeping my text mesges with me.. Now my total txt mesgs count.is 15k + .. Now mesg application responds late.. My mobile freexes when.i m wrting a mesg and about to receive a mesg.. And it also takes time to load the mesg in the thread when I press send.. What should be possible solution.of this problem???

Honestly, 15k+ messages is certainly an extreme situation and outside of normal use. This would almost certainly cause this application no longer at optimal speed and I could only advise removing a number of these messages to increase performance.

you can try syncing it with PCC. or back it up.

Thanks for.the replies..  I thought with that specs it shouldn't behave like that just like an iphone..  Anyways I will backit up
