Smartwatch 2 vibration stopped working

Hello,

suddnly today my smartwatch 2 vibration stopped working.
I tried to turn it on and off in the smartwatch settings with no success.
Tried also to reset it via the smartwatch settings...

It does not vibrate anymore. (even when I turn the smartwatch on or off).

Please advise.

Inside any device that has the ability to vibrate is a small motor with a half circle metal weight - So if it has stopped vibrating then this is probably a hardware fault either the motor has stopped working or communication to the motor has failed so your only option would be to take it back to the place of purchase or visit a Sony service centre

Are there any other checks I can do? what can make this happen?

I bought it abroad and I don't find Sony service store in my country....
