Smartwatch 2 Music Widget Question

Hello everybody,

I placed the music controller widget on my watchface on the smartwatch 2 and I want to ask if it's normal, that it only react to swipes? I saw a video, where the man only tips on the widget, but I have to swipe over them (Play/Pause and Next song). The Volume doesn't work at all. Thanks for answers.

Widget or app? and is this a 3rd party app or the official Sony app?

It should be the original one.

Just checked mine and I seem to have the same issue in that the volume doesn't work however the app does work with the volume control at the top

Okay Thanks And do you have the same issue with the play and pause button? That I have to swipe over them, instead of simply tapping them?

Yes, and I did try everything with the volume widget with no success so as this is a user led support forum what I can do is message the team to take a look at this thread and then they will be able to escalate this to the correct team - So if you don't receive a reply from a Sony staff member please be reassured that they will have read your post
