Smartband SWR30 Diameter

The new Smartband SWR30 is sold in two diameter variants L (68mm) and S (52mm).

My question is: Does this diameter specify the widest or the closest Smartband adjustment?

p.s.: Is the body allways the same size? Or does it vary too? On the product page pictures, the body seems to vary too.

I have the swr10 and there is just one core for both bracelets. I guess it is the same for the new smartband.
