SMARTBAND - best way to save phone battery

I would like to know the best phone configuration use to save phone battery using the smartband. Can someone explain to me?

Currently I am leaving the NFC and Bluetooth connected. However already used the smartband from your phone and then he synchronized the information.

From what I saw if it is no communication with the phone, it will collect the calorie information and will not have the notifications as messages, calls, etc.

I forgot, there is also other functions such as photos, music, location and GPS.

You don't need NFC switched on all the time nor do you need the other functions unless you are using lifelog to monitor where it is you go

EDIT: but you do need Bluetooth on for the band and phone to be connected
