I wish to connect my Xperia sp to my bravia kdl ex420 Wirelessly to browse my phone content on it or sometimes use it as remote to control my tv....!! How do I do that??

To browse your phone content on your TV you need to launch media server on your Xperia SP. You can do that by going to Settings > Wireless & Networks > More > Media server settings and set Share content to on. As for remote, there is Sony app for that TV SideView: Remote by Sony. I haven`t used it so I can`t tell you much about it.

Is it wireless or I have to connect using d data cable??

Media server is wireless, it uses DLNA over WiFi. As for remote app, I`m not sure but I guess it is also wireless.
