Does anyone experience problems with microphone while talking through Skype. My microphone stops working after about 5 min of video chat.

Done, but I think it may be issue with camera over heating on z3+.

There's one way to find out, call people with Hangouts and check if you experience the same.

@Hajczar  , the overheating camera has nothing to do with the mic , does it happen while calls also? If only skype then i think its app's problem or the microphone in the device .

Are you solve this problem. Because i have 2 of z3+ devices and both have this issue. And i dont know what to do or go and change to new z3+'s or start to search for new smartphone.

Same for me on my HK import. No problem with my other E6553 UK version. Wanted to try the latest 28.0.A.8.266 build to see if that helps but it says no update available OTA and unable to sync with server via pc companion (as per other thread), so cant update, unlike UK version phone which updated yesterday OTA no problem.

I also suspected overheating but both UK and HK phones are the same temps during skype video calls and the UK mic keeps working. I suspect it'd shut the camera before it shuts down the mic though...

Roll on Marshmallow - come on Sony, get it out soon please
