Sim cards doesn`t work together

Dear All,

i`ve updated last software for my mobile and when i`ve inserted two sim cards , only sim card 1 work and the second doesn`t work

when i inser the second sim only without sim1 , it`s work fine and sim1 only without sim2 also

when i insert two sims , only the sim1 work and the second doesn`t work

what can i do for this problem ?

I have the same problem after the update 11.0.A.6.5. for my mobile XPERIA tipo dual ST21i2

Are these SIM cards from the same network operator? Do you have coverage for several or just one network in your area?
