I have a Xpéria Z3 tablet compact WIFI GP611. Can I use a SIM card ?

If it is the wifi only version,you can't use a SIM.

You can buy a Mifi or a mobile hotspot for that.

Of course you will not be able to make normal cellular calls through MiFi adapter.
