Signal issue

i am currently running gingerbread on neo v.. having "signal drops" problem.. signal drops in particular areas, in most areas having greate signal.. how to fix the issue..??
may updating to ics fix it??

Have you tried updating the phone? If the phone is causing these issues it could help. Else, try changing the SIM-card as well.

the sim is pefectly fine on other phones, i hav tried other sims too, then also same issue..

give me the exact solution.

Alright. If the SIM works in other phones as well you could try repairing the software in PC Companion. Download and install PCC from this link: http://www.sonymobile.com/update

i recently updated the phone to 4.0.4, still the problem is same.
