When I will get the update 4.0.4 for my neo v ????

Because I refresh this page for  "Month" and I did not see my SI number !

unfortunately no one can give you a definite answer for that, (as you can see in the page "We will however not be able to answer on questions like: "When will SI number XXXX-XXXX be added to this list?" or "when will country X get the update?")
