Settings lag, typing lag, unlock lag

After the 4.4 update, typing has gone laggy. This can especially be seen while swipe typing and just even typing here (on my experia z).
The scrolling in settings also lag.
When I unlock my phone, a black screen appears for a split second before my background appears. (from lock screen to background).

You can try this steps
1. Make yourself as "developer" in settings
2. In settings, Go down and select "developer options"
3. Tick the "Force GPU rendering" and you are done.

This tips just fix "settings scroll lag" and "status bar scroll lag" ONLY

Ha Ha.. Same problems here bro.. 

For that settings lag alone, you could go to developer options and select force gpu rendering, but for typing lag, i'm still searching for a fix. The problem is that the processor is idle.

Yep, restarting the phone doesn't make a difference.

Sometimes the black screen appears for about a second (which feels like forever)

And sometimes typing gets really laggy that I have to wait for it.

I've also noticed that using the home and multitask icons lag too.

The settings lag was fixed as instructed by MarcusKing and Sharavan_sp.

So i think it's a bug in .230 firmware. Let's wait for the .233 which was certified a few days ago.
If the lag persists even after updating to .233, I'm gonna downgrade to 4.3 .101

Yeah, hopefully that update will fix the problems.

UPDATE: I switched off my phone the whole night and today morning i switched on(that's when i commented that I'll downgrade if the lag persists), the problem was gone(temporarily or permanently i don't know). It's been 10hrs and it's running fine.
Now antutu is showing that the first two cores are active. And the third core also kicks in if i press the task switcher or open another app
