casing/frame z3 not practical

Getting gap every day until 1 day my boy pop it up. Haha, good boy. And i realize the frane is attched to body with help of waterproof material.

My question is, if change the frame companant it will void sony warranty or not

2nd is..must change all compenant or just damange 1
