Kindly help me to resolve this... please....

I tried to swap the internal memory of my xperia m dual with my 16gb sd card. the process was successful and i got 15gb of memory as internal. but unfortunately after a day the device got rebooted and after that i can access only up to the lock screen, when i try to unlock i can't access the homescreen, the message comming at that time is "unfortunately 'x' has stopped" where 'x' denotes any app like settings, my xperia etc.. for example, "unfortunately, settings has stopped". I can't access even the settings too. i copied all the app files in to external sd card. I think my sd card got some error and the app files cannot be read from th memory. kindly help me to resolve this or please provide me a package of default stock app files inside phone memory come with android jelly bean 4.3 build 15.5.A.1.5. thanking you....

Try performing a system repair as this will often fix issues and is probably your only option except for removing the Sim and SD cards however performing a repair will factory reset your phone

Switch off your phone and unplug from Pc (Hold volume up and power for around 10 seconds)
Start PC Companion and select Support zone then Update my phone/tablet then in Blue Repair my phone/tablet and follow the onscreen instructions - When prompted connect your phone still switched off holding volume down or back button - This should start the repair or reformat process

If you are using Windows 8/8.1 or a 64bit operating system then adjust the settings for PC Companion and run in compatibility mode and chose Windows 7 or XP

thank you for your kind reply. now the device got ready. i have restored the whole steps done to swap the memory. and now the device working normally!
