Service follow up for my sony xperia z1 compact

good day,

last May 17, 2016 i brought my sony xperia z1 compact in one of your drop of area for repair, the branch told me that it will take only 3 weeks long so i waited 3 weeks for the feed back no one call me for the feedback so i decided to call them to ask for the status of my phone and they told me that they brought it already in the main service center which is in TCI Pasig. Then i decided to call the main service center to confirm and check the status but unfortunately they told me is still in detecting for what possible problem so i told them that it was for battery then they told me they will check it. After a week i called again the main service center and told me they already order the battery for my phone and it was a sea freight and they don't know when will it arrived. Until last August 2, 2016 from TCI Main Service Center called me up and told me that the battery was already arrived, then August 17, 2016 from TCI Main Service Center called me up again and told me that my unit is completely repaired so i was expecting that the following day i can get my unit from them after 3mos, but unfortunately the person who called me up wanted to deposit first my payment before they gave my unit to the drop off area. I told her that why i should deposit my payment? she told me because we are in COD basis, i tell her when i got my unit in ur drop off area off course i can pay it cash so why should i deposit it? Then i call the drop off area and ask about the deposit and they told me i dont need to deposit my payment because i brought the unit personally so i have to pay it personally. After that conversation from the girl in TCI Main Service Center i dont get any feed back from them on what will happen for my unit and when they will transfer it to drop off area. I keep on calling but the answer is still the TCI didnt response for they follow up. Hey! I need my phone! i already waited 3mos, do i have to wait 3 mos. again???? I keep on calling TCI but all lines are busy and the number that the girl use to call me no one answering. 

Please do some action about this.
