Serious problem after upgrade

Hey pals,

I need a help urgently. I recently updated my Sony c6903. After the update, am not able to make calls when MOBILE DATA is on.

Am able to use internet. But when my mobile data is on am not able to make any calls. The dilaer will show a small dialogue box "call(number123456)" 

I checked with 2 different networks. Both the same. Tried all the options in preferred mobile networks too. APNs also rechecked. Can someone help me out????

Am in Sultanate of Oman and currently on Omantel (Hayyak) network.

After the update I am unable to update album
Also phone gets hang very often

Have you  tried to run a repair using either PC Companion or SUS found here

But , If  I do so i need to back up my Data . It will take time ...
