I secured my phone by pattern. Battery was empty and the phone shut down. I connected it to my PC to recharge because I wanted to browse a little anyway. As I turned on my phone it suddenly wanted to get a code (not PIN, I entered it) and not the pattern I used before! So I am a little helpless right now, because I never had set a code. Is there any standard code ?
I tried entering the wrong code until it was entered wrong 60 times but he won't let me answer any security questions or connect to my google account.
I am still getting WhatsApp Messages... WLAN is active.
Do you have any suggestions to try?
Thanks in advance,
Tom
Do you have an antivirus?
My PC has Kaspersky Internet Security 2014, my phone did not have any AntiVir.
Usually,an antivirus has this kind of issues with blocking a phone.Have you tried a default code like 6 of 0 or 123456?
I tried both. None worked.
But I now remember installung McAffee on my phone. This could be the problem?
Try to boot your phone in safe mode, see how it goes:

I now started the safe mode as you suggested but he still wants to get this code after I entered the SIM PIN.
Download sony update service and repair your device:

I just did the software reset and it works now. I lost every data but it works now just fine.
Thank you very much.
