My Sony Expire SP has been nothing since problems, although I love the phone I cannot help but think I should have gone with another model. Around a week of having the phone my main speaker went crackly bearing in mind I do not use it often and I tend to use my headphones, although this is not brilliant I wasn't to concerned as I do not tend to use it often. My phone then started to freeze but would soon "come back to life" but as time has gone on "3 months since I purchased phone" its freezing a couple of times a day. I looked into support forums and decided to put my phone into "safe mode" and deleted many of my APS, pictures and music to see if this helped, It didn't. My main problem is now when my phone freezes, pressing and holding the off button on the side doesn't turn the phone off, so I am having to use the off button on the back of the phone to turn the phone off, in order to unfreeze my phone. Is there anything I else I could do to stop this from happening?
Many thanks,
A very stressed Danni-Marie
Keep in mind that there are apps that will slow down your phone, stay away from
taskillers
task managers
antivirus
ram, booster apps
battery apps
If you have a lot of sms/mms you should back them up and then empty the messaging app, the more sms/mms that you store the slower the phone/app will be
I have the same issue... We need answers Mrs. SONY!!!!.... It´s a common issue with the xperia sp... where is the confiability of yours products???... help us. Frezzed display is a headache...
your answer is to unlock your bootloaders and flash CM11 4.4.2 rom for Xperia SP , those modders do a much better job than what the noobs at sony are doing .. i have CM11 on my XP and love it , no more lags at all
