Security Password

The settings off my phone and X alert have been suddenly been blocked off by a password. Continously entering the password and yet it does not allow me in.

Please help.

When I click settings or X-alert it asks for security code. I don't remember what it is

it sounds like you are going to need to reflash it to remove the lock:

1. Download the PC Companion software from http://www.sonymobile.com/gb/tools/pc-companion/
and install it on your PC.
2. Install and open PC Companion then select Support Zone.
3. Phone Software Update.
4. Start.
5. Repair Phone
6. Continue
7. Accept data removal
8. Next
9. Wait for prepare
10. Select Phone
11. Follow the connection steps

When i change my sim,asking security password everytime when i switch on the phone,so please help me

I had the same problem then i realised that i created sony account in gallery for pictures.... So u need to put the same password and you are done... Hope this help... I resolved it this way

i change my sim card in my sony z1 after 5 minute i insert same sim card whose i used but when am open setting mobile says sequrity password pls help
