Sd card transferred interrupted

Hi can somebody help me im having a troubled with my Xperia m4 aqua. Everytime i save a files from my sd card it always interrupted how should i fix it??? I already did the turn off process and removing my memory card but still it doesn't work.. Always say transfer interrupted help me please to fix it thanks.

Can you please describe the steps you are taking to transfer the data? Also, is it possible for you to test another SD Card?

can you upload the screenshot of the error?

what files are you moving? to and from?

is it a new sd card? if so make sure it is formatted accordingly. try to connect your sd card to pc if the sd card is read properly/

i dont know if this is possible but try to transffer files in safe mode if it works

Another possible cause for the transfer being interrupted is if you have any files where the filename contains special characters like ":". Using File Commander, check your music folder and camera folder (DCIM\100ANDRO) to make sure that you don't have that character in any filename.
