Sd card problem

After removing my sd card from phone and using areader on computer suddenly i insert it in phone and it cant be readen and i tried restart with no effect
I tried another SDcard and same problem any help?

Yes it is read by other phones

I check my previous post tried safe mode. And same problem persist
