all apps are instaled on my memory phone instead on sd card,and i have a message "phone storage is getting low"

let say i'm trying do downlod an app from google play,that app will be automatically instaled on memory phone ,

I see, that's Gingerbread.

There is an application available called Apps2SD, unfortunately, it requires root to function.
